The “4 actuaries” group was founded at the beginning of 2007 by four senior actuaries in order to address the immediate need for actuarial calculations in accordance with International Accounting Standard no. 19 which obliges public companies to include an actuarial valuation of employee benefits in their financial statements.
Each of the four actuaries has professional experience of over 30 years including actuarial valuations of severance pay, sick leave and budgeted pension, evaluations for prospectuses and for international standards (IFRS, IAS 19, GAAP).
Members of the group also provide advice and actuarial calculations on a wide variety of topics such as pricing of life and health products, claims analysis, reinsurance, embedded values and so on.
